TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. must be 18 or older to commission.

  2. Payments will be made strictly through ko-fi. I will not be able to refund to you even if you request, especially after i have finished your commission.

  3. after i have finished the final sketch with your approval, only two more 'changes' or 'adjustments' to the commission will be permitted.

  4. The artwork commissioned is for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed.

  5. I reserve the right to post your finished commission to my socials, unless specifically asked not to.

  6. You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit, or use my works without my permission and you must credit my art when posted elsewhere.

  7. I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason.

  8. I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your commission for any reason, at any time.

  9. The art I create for clients cannot be used by you nor your partners for training an AI.

  10. Do not tokenize or make my art into an NFT (nonfungible token) This includes any blockchain related technology, crypto-currency, or future inventions in the space.
